My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell of urine and harsh cleaning supplies. The broken dresser handles and dirty microwave were a letdown, although the room was overall comfortable.

When we arrived, our room had a strong tobacco smell, which wasn't great when traveling with my family. However, the room was clean and comfortable in the standard mid-rate-motel way, which was a relief. It's important to note that our room was nonsmoking.

The service was kind and gentle. They even came to the door to exchange towels and noticed the smell of cannabis, informing the manager immediately. When I asked for an extra blanket for my kids, the staff was respectful and helpful. The cleaning ladies did a great job, and overall, the service was very polite and welcoming.
